Happy WW

I didn't have much to show for today until while soldering I saw two of my babies laying there on Bella's skirt waiting for me to be done working. Too Cute.

One more week, well.... less then a week and I will be selling at
"The Vintage Marketplace at the Oaks"
please stop by and say Ciao!

After the Market I hope to take a little brake....2 days and then I am taking a field trip with the girls. We are going to visit the Lavender Farm in Valley Center, Ca.
Then I get to play with my crafty friend Cheryl at the end of June, she will teach me all about scrap booking and I will teach her some soldering. Believe me I can work with wood and solder but I don't know what scrap booking is! and is it spelled scrapbooking or scrap-booking. Can't wait to see what Miss. Water has in store for me.

July 14th I am teaching in Old Town Temecula at
"Rooster Creek" and this is what I will be teaching. "Solder door knob and a pendant of your choice". 3 spaces left !
please visit my classes blog for more info

Reading Glasses Case

My Sweet Friend Sandra Lee gave me a fabric pocket case that I use all the time for my sun glasses. Yesterday I decided to make my version of a Reading/Sun glasses case.

Have a wonderful weekend!

Frilly Frully!
I spent Saturday tracing and painting signs. Orders have been coming in the last few weeks and I would like to have some order finish by the Marketplace....but the tracing and painting made my neck stiff that I decided to take Sunday off and play. After wondering in Old Town Temecula I came back home and gathered fabrics, ribbons and lace and got to work. I always wanted to make a book cover.

I also worked on my banner for the tent. Sara and Abbey from Sweet Magnolia printed the words for me a while back and I finally finished it with lace and vintage flowers. It will go in the front of my tent for the Vintage Marketplace.

Jessica

Getting to know Jessica!
I love this girl, the colors that she uses make me smile. I stop by her blog quite often just to absorb all the colors of the Rainbow. Please stop by her blog and say HELLO

Jessica will be joining us as a vendor at the next Vintage Marketplace at the Oaks ( FB Here) and so I have created this collage of some of my favorite pieces from her site.

Soldering Class!

Another amazing class with a wonderful group of ladies!
I really love Thursday Soldering Classes and the small group is perfect. I get to know all the girls really well. This was another Solder Bottle class with a Soldered Cameo.

I purchased the cutest images through etsy.
Few years back Alison and I, a dear friend of mine used to collect Fortunes and save them in our journals. Well while cleaning for the class I found this one. Perfect for the girls so I decided to add another soldering project. We filled small bottles with mica, German glass glitter, seashells and beads and soldered a fork on top as a business card holder.

Food is very important in my class. lol
I made Orange cupcakes with Orange glaze to serve with Cappuccinos. For lunch we had homemade bread with a basil butter spread, salad with fresh boiled eggs, olives, sliced tomatoes and mozzarella drizzled with oil of olive and fresh basil.

I glued these flowers to the cloth pins. I purchased the flowers from Dyanna Cooley. Dyanna has the best metal appliques and charms and rhinestones. She will be at the Vintage Marketplaces at the Oaks June 3rd and 4th.

Bella watched over us!
