POINT LOMA GARDEN WALK

Saturday I did the Point Loma Garden Walk and I had the best time ever!

Under the Sun with Me, Sandra Lee has the cutest garden booth ever! Glad I got to hang you with her.

Sweet Pam from Pam Creates was selling her beautiful pillows and much more. So good to see her again!

Now this is my booth. I had so much fun decorating,,,,it's been so long since I did an event away from the marketplace.

This is Melissa's booth. I love her Cottage/American style. She is an incredible woodworker.

So as you can see I had a blast on Saturday!

and really happy to be part of this event to benefit the Rady Children's Hospital Craniofacial Services in San Diego.

My good friends at Sweet Magnolias Farm create about everything and anything for your home. There is so much that I would love to buy from them.....and I couldn't resist purchasing one of their towels.

I love it! So perfect for our vintage kitchen. I have to brag about Sweet Magnolias Farm, because not only they are talented but this is the first time I have something shipped from them and look! They think of everything. Cutely wrapped, a Thank you note? and Candy? Too SWEET!

CHICKS!

We have six more babies!

These are called "Productions Road Island Red"

They were so tired yesterday and very quite. In the middle of the night they started playing and making noise like small children. We will be keeping them in the living room for a couple of weeks.

Everybody calls me the Crazy Chicken Lady and I don't mind.

They are so cute especially these ones are calm and very friendly.

New Curtains for the Dining Room

As always when it's cold or raining I get to play in the house. I was not planning to make curtains...I am not a good seamstress and always worried to make mistakes. But I really wanted to try and I did. Love the lightness of the curtains especially compared to the former curtains that were red velvet.

Now more light comes through the windows.

This curtain was made with painter cloth and an old crochet table cloth.
