Soldering class!
This is the kit that I prepared for them, I got one too! Inside are the basic supplies: Coffee candies, glass, copper foil, flux and brush, popsicle stick and solder.
Outside the bag I clamped ( to use too), Marie Antoinette, music sheet, back blue paper and a mini crown print to add to the bubble.
The temperature outside and inside the workshop reached 100 degree! But the ladies seemed to be just fine.
We had such a great time that will be meeting again next month. I will be teaching them the bottle topper. Looking forward to it.
Few advises I would like to give all the ladies that are going to be taking soldering classes with me or other teachers. Websites are suggesting Weller 80, no luck for my students! It doesn't get hot enough, so if you are serious about soldering my favorite soldering iron is the Hakko 456 to be use with a temperature control and don't forget to purchase a stand.
Do they look fine to you?
Arrivederci

I've always wanted to do that! I wish I lived near you! I guess I can look for something local but I doubt I'll find it and nothing as cute as your class!

What a day of fun that had to have been. Hot but fun. How I would love to have been there. I loved the pictures of your workshop. Now I can really picture you in there making all your great stuff. Great storage in there and I love the skirted workbenches.
