A day to (shoe) SHINE!

for Debi Beard and the Out of the Blue clan

Saturday I drove to Solana Beach to check out the two and improved rooms, the craft class room and the " Altered Couture". From altered jeans skirts, to handbags, boyfriend jeans, altered jewelry, boots and SHOES!

This Bellissimo chandelier is a work of art. Designed and constructed by Lisa Loria it has shoes all the way around and each shoe is embellished with a different paper, beads ,flowers. The details are incredible. Visit Lisa's blog for more on this wonderful Saturday.

This is "Tequila girl" lol, Debi embellished her shoes, great work.

and one of my favorite "the cup cake shoes" by Debi, so delizioso!

Oh for the Love of RED!

We had the pleasure to meet in person Beth Livesay. Beth is the managing Editor of some of the publications of " Stampington & Company" magazines and one of them is "Altered Couture". She came to Solana Beach to meet Debi, the girls and the Altered Couture's room. Almost everything that I photographed, she took back to LA with her, there where boxes and boxes. I'm looking forward to see the results in the next issue . More photos to come in the next few days.

Rachel , on the left, known for her altered vintage clothing and aprons and Beth on the right. Very nice meeting you Beth.
