"A Guardian Angel"

I have so many Guardian Angels, do you? I am talking about real once in this specific case. Good friends, my Guardian Angels come to you when you need them the most, you don't call them they just are there for you at the right time. Is it silly? I don't know...and I don't know what my believes are but it happened.
This week I was blessed by these ladies....
Riki my blogger dog lover friend Guardian Angel, that went through a similar experience. I read her blog all the time. What a great lady. Check out her blog
My 19 year old dog Boo passed 2 nights ago, happy life, happy dog that leaved a long life and died at home on my lap. Benny last Tuesday passed too, so..... 2 dogs in a week. Is this a test? I guess....
One of my Guardian Angels is my neighbor Yaya Ynez that stayed with Boo and I all they long and comfort us both. What a strong woman, I couldn't have done it with out her. I do dedicate the cross to her.
Another Guardian Angel is Christine that came to visit today and treated me like a Queen. We went to Wilson Creek winery and had a glass of Golden Medley. What's so important about this wine...well is a white fruity wine that I really enjoyed but more important some of the proceeds go to the local animal shelter. We had a wonderful lunch, the weather was beautiful and talk about this and that. Drove home, made a quick stop at the Salvage yard for supplies and got busy in the workshop. Christine is in love with my diamond blade saw so she cut some pieces for me and some for her. Hearts and crosses and in the mean time we worked on some bottle finials. These are the results. Love them! Quote for tonight: The problem is never how to get new, innovative thoughts into your mind, but how to get old ones out. Every mind is a building filled with archaic furniture. Clean out a corner of your mind and creativity will instantly fill it.

My Family, My Friends, My Creativity

Ciao for now
Rita

  6. I love the quote you used at the end of your post, thank you. Yes, I believe in Guardian Angels. I don't think we know at the time they are with us, and it's not until we "look back" that it is a realization. Losing two dogs in the same week has to be unbearable. I'm a BIG animal lover and my "furry friends" mean the world to me. Maybe your little furry friends just needed to be together in heaven, you know? Thinking of you my friend.

    Take care, Sue
