Teaching classes is becoming my little get away .The ladies are so sweet and it's really exciting to spend the day with them. Preparing for the class usually takes me 3 full days, you don't want to forget a thing....then the class starts and everything is just fine. The smile on their faces when they take their project home is priceless.

Rooster Creek in Old Town Temecula has the best set up for classes.

I am not a good baker yet so every class I attempt something new to share with the ladies. This time I made lemon cupcakes with lemon glaze and the tea was a mix of pink lemonade ,lemon tea and mint.
