I was always wondering why my Mamma and Nonnas used to spend hours in the kitchen just before the Holidays! All that work!
I so appreciate the hard labor that my Mamma and Nonnas put into each Holiday.  We were not allowed in the kitchen or if allowed they did not let us help. And I was not really interested on learning how to cook.
My mamma always says "You cook with Love".
 I am loving my time in the kitchen during the Holidays.
Tonight we have some special friends coming for dinner, generous  and every year we exchange gifts by cooking for each other.
Tonight is all Italian!
