I had to share this photo of Didi! I was looking through my photos and there she was. It made me smile that I had to re post to maybe make someone else smile today too. Her name was Daisy at first. When she was born 2 years ago her mother rejected her. I was not prepared to take care of a new born chick, this was our first and I knew she needed to be under a heat lamp. What to do? I decided to go in town and look for a heat lamp. I took D. with me holding the steering wheel with one hand and the chick with the other in my sweatshirt pocket. We made it in town and back. So I named her Daisy (driving Miss Daisy). Dean decided that she looked more like a Didi not a Daisy...not sure where he got that but I have to make my Deano happy and we named her Didi. She is still Daisy to me. Ciao for now Rita check out my other blogs mercatino soldering classes |
