Happy Monday

White Bush Squash


I love the color and the shape of this squash. I decided to take some photos before cooking it. This tint of green and the white is one of my favorite combinations.
Cooking this squash is really simple. Warm the oven at 350, cut the squash in cubes , add garlic salt, olive of oil and fresh basil. Mix and bake for 45 mins.
