What a week!

.......and it's not over yet!

I got a new car, her name is "Bianca"
2013 Fiat 500 sport.
I love the smell of a new car. It's been too long.
I had to take a good picture of her so I stopped by the park.

While there I had to say hi to the ducks.
So nice....

Another stop that day was to pick up my printed fabric. This is something that I wanted to do for ages. I didn't bring much back from Sicily except some object given to me by my grandparents. My Nonno gave me an empty flour sack. He told me the story.....
During WWII he was given a sack of flour by the American soldiers to thank him for keeping them safe in his country home. I kept this bag safe and always wondering if I could find a printing company that would help me. I did! and love the print. This is so special to me....and now I am wondering how many things I can do with it.

I had a computer chair that I took apart. The chair sold as a swing and I was left with the legs, perfect piece to start using my fabric.  I added a piece of wood and padding and Voila'!

I have been working for two weeks with a local wholesale Flower Farm. I took a lot of photos in their amazing fields and indoor too. I made them a slideshow of the pics that they took to Miami to their Trade Show and few of the pics will be added to their website.....I will let you know more soon. I am so excited that they liked my work!
So it's been a busy, great week and it's not over yet.

Have a beautiful weekend
Ciao Rita
