Cranberry Sauce

Cranberry sauce. After 23 years of residing in the USA I can't get used to the Cranberry Sauce. I love Cranberry Juice with Vodka!
Do you have a unique way of making Cranberry sauce? Not too sweet, not too bitter?

    I'll take mine with vodka too please. Actually I like the whole berry cranberry sauce but the vodka is my favorite and always will be.
