Thank you to my Deano for helping and for serving the most amazing food!
His White Chicken Chili warmed up a lot of customers....and here is the recipe.

White Chicken Chili
- 1/2 cup butter, 1 onion diced, 3/4 cup flour, 4 cups chicken broth, 1 (12oz) can evaporated milk, 2 tbls. chili powder, 1 tablespoon cumin, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 3 cups cooked chicken, 2 (15oz) undrained pinto beans at least, 2 cans (4 oz) diced green chilies.
In a large stock pot melt the butter and saute the onion. Stir in the flour and mix until the flour is well blended. Add broth and evaporated milk and cook over medium heat while stirring. When mixture has thickened, add remaining ingredients, stirring after each addition. Simmer for 15 minutes or until heated through. You can serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped onions and cilantro. Leftovers freeze well.

Ciao for now
Rita
