The simple things in Life.
We had truck trouble today in Temecula but everything will be fine. I should have the truck back by Thursday. While waiting for the tow truck I was already imagining my self back at home with the boys baking bread.
There is nothing better then fresh baked bread. One of my childhood memories is eating bread and grapes with papa'. ....have you ever had fresh baked bread and grapes?

You should try it.
After baking bread,
After baking bread,
Alan and I picked pomegranates we filled a bowl full of juicy seeds. It's another childhood memory for me watching my Nonno carefully taking all the seeds out of the pomegranate and putting them in a bowl for us to eat. It takes a long time to do it but is worth it. We added a little bit of sugar and ate it!
Have you ever had pomegranates with sugar?

Life is good!
(no matter the truck troubles I knew I was going to come home and enjoy the rest of the day).

In the afternoon I make sure to check on the girls. We have 10 hens and 6 chicks.
The chicks are growing so fast.....
I picked up the eggs and headed back to the house. Today I am also planning to bake pumpkin muffins.
