It's a big deal to me not to be able to make cupcakes, seems like everybody knows how. Today is been strawberry preserve cupcakes! After 2 batches I got it! They are so good. So, for some backing is easy, for others is very difficult. I am so glad Dean is taking baking and patisserie for his collage culinary art classes this September. Now, who's going to eat all these cupcakes? Can I freeze them?
