Spring is in the air!

Joining Debra for a Vintage Inspired Friday

I am working full speed on Jackie's cabinets, and while I wait for the paint to dry I have been doing this and that. Dreaming.....Organizing and I managed to complete a birdhouse . The workshop is a mess! and I have been piling up stuff in a corner to take to storage. Well I turned around to look at the pile and I was amazed of all the colors, love the blues, greens, pinks....I had to take everything up at the house and prop and shoot.I purchased the suitcase and the green stool at Granny's in Old Town Temecula, Ca.

I am very happy with how this birdhouse turned out.

I am so inspired.....

On my B-Day I worked on a B-Day crown, she is almost done. The beautiful bowl broke last year when the chickens were allowed inside the workshop and decided to lay eggs in the bowl dropping it and shattering on the ground!
I don't think the crown is complete, is missing something but still don't know what. But the colors are perfect for an inspirational Friday.

Back on painting
Ciao for now

  9. Love your birdhouse design. So creative. It looks like a part of a picture frame, or some pieces of crown molding. Either way, very pretty.
